The Beach House

Rate:  $895/night (3 night minimum)

Additional Fees:

  • $200 Cleaning Fee

  • $75 per extra guest, per night (8 Guest Maximum)

  • 2000 sq. ft.

  • 3 Bedrooms

    • 3 King beds that can be broken down into Twin XL Beds

    • 3 In-Suite Bathrooms

  • 2 Bathrooms have a tub/shower combo

Deposits and Cancelation Policy

Unless other arrangements have been made:

  • A 50% deposit of the entire rental amount is due at time of booking or no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

  • The remaining 50% is due within 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Should you need to cancel your reservation, every effort will be made to reschedule.

  • If rescheduling is not an option, cancellations will be accepted on bookings made up to 6 weeks in advance of your arrival, with money fully refunded. Cancellations made up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival will be refunded 75%, and cancellations made 2 weeks prior to your arrival will be refunded 50%. 

  • While this is our “policy”, we understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and we are not in the business of taking your money, so we will evaluate each situation and will work together to find a solution that works for everyone.
